Goodbye Joe

A text from a former officemate saddened me so much. She said that our guard Joe Palarca or as we love to call him “Joepals” passed away this morning due to cardiac arrest. I felt so sorry to hear about the news. I know it’s not easy to lose someone we dearly love. I can still remember his sweet smile and a short conversation of pangangamusta when I went there last Friday. Joe was simply a good man to every one of us. We will surely miss you Joe. May you rest in peace in the hands of our almighty Father as you return to a place called “home”.
